Two Bed, Two Bath
Model #1 is a large two bedroom two bath apartment located in Dupont Circle.
This unique property is entered through a gate which allows access to the private garden and coach house of which this apartment is on the second floor. This model is also unique due to its very large private deck. The kitchen ,which features black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and ample storage., overlooks the living room and dining area.
There is bamboo flooring and a cathedral ceiling in this area with four skylights so it is very bright. The living room has a black leather sofabed as well as other seating and the dining room seats six at a glass topped table. There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds and the master bedroom has a walk in closet, ensuite marble and tile bath with tub/shower combination, and view of the private garden through French doors. The other full bath has a tiled shower and marble floor. The deck features an umbrella table with seating for four and two Chaise lounge chairs for outdoor entertaining or relaxing.
