One Bed, One Bath
Model #10 is a very large lower level one bedroom one bath apartment with private entrance located in an historic Dupont Circle rowhouse.
The coach house is unique in that it is in the center of busy Dupont Circle but located in a very private large garden. The apartment is entered through French doors from the walled garden area. The living dining area features bamboo flooring, recessed lighting, and plenty of light. The open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and light wood cabinets overlooks the living area.
The carpeted bedroom also has a French door overlooking the garden and queen size bed. There is a marble and tile bath with tub shower combination and linen closet off the bedroom and a very large walk in closet with stack washer dryer unit.
