Model #9 is a bright one bedroom one bath apartment located on the first floor of a turn of the century Dupont Circle rowhouse.
It is characterized by its incredible eleven foot ceiling throughout, original arched stained glass windows and period mantle in the living room. It also features original refinished hardwood flooring in the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen features a center island with sink, stainless steel appliances, light wood cabinets with ample storage, as well as recessed and pendent lighting.
The carpeted bedroom has two oversized windows, built-in storage, a queen sized bed, and closet. The large sunny bath boasts of a granite floor and custom granite shower, concealed stack washer/dryer unit and antique crystal chandelier.
